Indiana Department of Revenue, Motor Carrier Services Division released a statement on November 28, 2012, extending the emergency exemption for utility vehicles traveling from Indiana to assist with transporting emergency equipment regarding Hurricane Sandy. The emergency exemption from IFTA and IRP regulations is extended from November 30, 2012 through December 5, 2012.
